Shipping Policy

We ship world wide with registered mail or eco post. These are trackable delivery methods. After your purchase you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the delivery status of their order.

Return &
Exchange Policy

  • Customers may return items for a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be requested within three days of receiving your order and must be authorized in writing by us.

​

  • Refunds will be given for the amount of goods only. Postage costs are non-refundable.

​

  • Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. When you receive your returns authorization email you will also be given the address for shipping your purchase back to us.

​

  • Returned items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached. Goods must be in perfect condition - unwashed, unworn, and free from traces of perfume, make up, deodorant, etc.

As all of our pieces are one of a kind we cannot offer exchanges.

Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for the payment of these charges. They are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once posted, we are not responsible for how long a package will take to arrive.The postal service and other factors affecting delivery times are not in our control. However, If you feel that it has been an unusually long time and you have not received your order, you may email us and we will try to help.
